• Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your required pick-up time.

• Flight Details: Accurate flight information, including arrival time and flight number, must be provided during booking.
• Waiting Time: A complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes is included for airport pick-ups. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Changes to Booking: Any changes to the reservation must be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather, or airline schedule changes.
• Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for ensuring their belongings are collected at the end of the journey.
