• Pre-Registration: Advance registration is recommended as spaces may be limited.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins to settle in and prepare.
• Health Considerations: Participants should inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to the session.
• Attire: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice. Barefoot practice is encouraged for safety and stability.
• Equipment: Yoga mats will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own if preferred.
• Behavior: Maintain a respectful and quiet atmosphere to ensure a relaxing experience for all attendees.
• Cancellations: Notify us in advance if you are unable to attend to allow others to join the session.
• Liability: Participants engage in the activity at their own risk. The organizer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
